Thank you all for your suggestions; they were all correct.

In my case, the issue was with the configuration file for my on-premises data gateway. I had to edit the file and add my database name as outlined in the blog below.

Hello,SaiTejaTalasila, thanks for your concern about this issue.

Your answer is excellent!
And I would like to share some additional solutions below.
Hi,@Ubbala I am glad to help you.
According to your screenshot message, as suggested by SaiTejaTalasila, the datasource credentials for the semantic model that you have set up on the service are wrong or have expired and you need to reset the correct datasource credentials.
Here is my test:

For some datasource credentials, you can edit the datasource credentials directly, if you have problems with the credentials there is no way to edit them directly, you can set up the datasource credentials through the gateway connection used by the semantic model to ensure that your credentials are set up correctly and that the gateway can access the data properly.
like this.
The data source I am connecting to is the Analysis Service model, please set your authentication method correctly (by default Windows authentication method, you need to enter a local user account that can access your local AS model)
Set the "map user name" correctly.

The data source credentials for this semantic model are typically updated automatically when your gateway is set up correctly.
To avoid cache interference. You can clear your browser cache after you have successfully configured your gateway connection (this is important and generally solves the problem of some reports not being viewable)
Subsequently refreshing the semantic model. accessing the reports on the service.

Below is a list of issues that have been resolved, hope this helps.

Hi @Ubbala ,

Please update your authentication method in semantic model settings and try to refresh your semantic model.

Thanks,

Sai Teja
