SQL Server Analysis service connection in DF?

Hi,

'

Is it possible to connect to SSAS using dataflow? I know it can be done using PQWRY in desktop, but want to connect to it using DF.

Any help is greatly appreciated !!!

Thanks

Dataflows can be used as a data source when building datasets in Power BI, but cannot currently be used as a data source for models outside of Power BI, including SSAS and AAS; Dataflows and datasets solve different problems and serve different purposes, and cannot be directly compared to each other as the original question tries to do – that’s like comparing chef’s knives and cutting boards

I also went into Power BI, created a new dataflow and there's no option for it.

@smpa01 , I checked an old discussion; seems like support for Azure analysis Services. Also, the text from the link Only Shows AAS

The following list shows which connectors you can currently use by copying and pasting the M query into a blank query:

  • Azure analysis Services
