Hi everybody,
Following an internship and given a task;
Follow-up adoption of Power Bi in the organization
I was thinking of using scorecards to track the activity of the usage over Power BI reports.
Is there any way that I can involve the 'Usage Metrics' into these scorecards and set goals in terms of producitivity/usage/achieved insights etc etc
Thanking you in advance for your time to read and think about this topic.
Any tips/comments/different approach are welcome!
Hi @Anonymous ,
You can try the following ways to track your Power BI report usage activity:
You can use usage metrics to see how the dashboards and reports are used, by whom, and for what purpose across your organization. For example, daily views, views per user, total views, total viewers, etc.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-usage-metrics
You can also go through Audit log search. Enter the Microsoft 365 management center through admin portal-Audit logs- to search for keywords you want to track information.
For example, dashboard.
Select Audit-search for dashboard in Activities. View the activity log about dashboard.
Best Regards,
Liu Yang
