Row-Level Security with Dashboard and Workspace

Hello everyone. I am trying to implement row level security. I am using a group workspace and want most of the users to have access to only their own data on a few reports but all of the data on other reports. How does sharing a group workspace with row level security work? I know how to do it with individual reports. Do I share the reports individually with security, then the workspace/dashboard? Thank you for any help!

So many options, I will provide 3. But for all of these, you will only Implement RLS only on the report that need them, and assign the users with RLS role accordingly:

1. Add all users to the workspace and assigned them Viewer role (any other roles will overwrite the RLS). All the users can just access the workspace to view reports/dashboard.
2. Dont add users to workspaces.  Create an app and share the app to the users.
3. Dont add users to workspaces. Share reports/dashboard individually to the users.

If you have many users, consider using Security Group instead of sharing individually.
