Rotate Azure Databricks PAT token datasource credential using REST Api

I am having trouble trying to update a cloud datasource key value credential using the API. I am trying to follow these docs: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/power-bi/datasets/update-datasources . I copy the example format and fill in my values but keep getting the error:

I know this is just replacing it with itself, but I just wanted to get something working and then eventually update the actual PAT value as part of this call as well. I know its a super specific request which is why I am having a hard time finding support for it. If anyone has experience with this I would appreciate your help greatly.
