I have a unique situation that I cannot find any information on.
The company I work for was sold quite a few months ago, so we have been in transitioning everything from A to B for the last 6 months. A cut off notice was never communicated to us of when A would be shut down and B would be the new primary. I created all the dashboards under my credentials for A, which as of today, has been shut off. I now can no longer log into power bi under those credentials.
Is there a way to somehow get my dashboards saved to transfer them to my new company account? Thanks.
Hi @mjay302
As far as I am aware you cannot copy dashboards even between different App Workspaces.
So if you have got all your Power BI Desktop files, you will have to upload them to your new tenant, and then from there re-create the dashboards. As well as re-share them again with the users in your organization.
I know that this is potentially a lot of work, but I am not sure of any other way. I do hope that you have an image of what the Dashboards looked like, as well as who they were shared with.
I still have images of the dashboards, the hyperlinks for them are still active even, so re-creating won't be too difficult. I am still waiting to hear back from my orginzation on if there is a current downtime/issue as the o365 login is apparently completely disabled/down right now.
