Reset all visuals automatically on user end?

I have around 5 .pbix published and up to 100 users... I get asked daily about data error/inconsistency, and 99.9% of the times it gets fixed by asking the user to press control + F5 to fully refresh all the visuals:

I also have this image where I tell them to also click this:

Is there a way to force this automatically on the user end, to refresh/reset filters and all visuals, lets say daily...

If not, I wonder how other people fixes this?

There isn't a way to force a refresh of all visuals on the user end automatically, but there are a few things you can try to reduce the number of user complaints about data inconsistencies:

  1. Educate your users: It sounds like many of the issues you're dealing with could be resolved if your users understood how to properly refresh the visuals. Consider creating a brief tutorial or video that explains the steps they need to take to ensure the data is up-to-date.

  2. Implement a data refresh schedule: If the data inconsistencies are due to stale data, you could set up a schedule to refresh the data at a regular interval (e.g. daily or hourly). This would ensure that the data is always up-to-date and reduce the need for users to manually refresh the visuals.

  3. Simplify your visuals: If you have a large number of visuals on a page, it can be overwhelming for users and make it more difficult for them to identify issues. Consider simplifying the page by removing unnecessary visuals or breaking it up into multiple pages.

  4. Use alerts: You can set up alerts in Power BI to notify you when certain conditions are met. For example, you could set up an alert to notify you if the data in a particular visual falls below a certain threshold. This would allow you to proactively address issues before users even notice them.

By implementing these strategies, you may be able to reduce the number of user complaints and improve the overall user experience.
