Report works in desktop but not in Service

I have this very simple report:

 

I connect to:

Step 1

The report works fine:

I publish it fine... when I try opening I get:

With this specific error:

Why is it?

None of the solutions above worked:

 

the only solution that worked is using Import instead of DirectQuery:

Thanks for the reply from ibarrau , please allow me to provide another insight: 

 

The prompt message is “The key did not match any of the rows in the table.” This issue often occurs when the data structure expected by Power BI does not match the actual data.

 

Here are some ways to resolve this error:

 

1. Try refreshing the data in Power BI Desktop and then republishing to the service. Make sure that all data sources are accessible and not open in other applications.

 

2. Try going to Edit Query to open the Query Editor and check the Source step to make sure it points to the correct data.

 

3. Ensure that the data source has the correct schema and that all columns match exactly in name, order and data type.

Hi. Let's check two things. First make sure both have data up to date. Run a refresh at PowerBi Desktop file, then run a refresh at Power Bi Service. Check the data. If all visuals are broken, please share again the error. If it's only that table, take a look at the date. Power Bi can't read dates before 1/1/1990. Consider transforming that date into a different one.
