Hi
We have created some reports and published them via APP.
Is it possible to configure that inside the app my users have access only to certain reports?
LEts say for sales i want to alow only sales reports for logistics logistics and for Administration all reports?
What is the best way to approach it?
Hi @jja ,
You want to make certain users only see certain reports in an App, right?
If so, it is not supported in Power BI currently. You may vote for this similar idea.
It is suggested to create different workspaces for users with different permissions, upload reports, and then publish it as an app.
Or, consider using RLS.
Best Regards,
Icey

Hi @Icey
What about if we create new experience workspace? does it also act same as app? I can share only whole workspace but not individual reports so for example user go into workspace and can see only the reports that he is allowed to see?
