Report refresh

Hello,

I have a client that I built a report for him

When I publish the report in my account, it refreshes normally within 5 mins

When he publish the rport in his accout, it takes ages, then it gives the error below

Data sources are: BigQuery, Google Sheets and one public website source

Datakildefeil:We cannot apply operator * to types Text and Number.. The exception was raised by the IDataReader interface. Hi @Mumin192 

When you share your report to other users , can they refresh the report in Desktop ? Did they have the permissions to access the data source ?

it appears you have a problem in your M query code. you should check the m Query steps.

But it's refreshing from my side

And I checked all power query tables and they are working fine

And it was able to refresh from the desktop version from his side

Any other thoughts?
