Hi , @dakhatra
Based on the detailed error information you provided, I can find the relevant error in the background database:
The exception was raised by the IDataReader interface. Please review the error message and provider documentation for further information and corrective action.
In conjunction with the error you reported above in the Power BI refresh history UI, I think this error is "Data Format. Error: We couldn't convert to Number" is the corresponding real error message, if it is convenient you need to download the source pbix file of the report to check whether there are any error fields, calculated columns, tables or incorrect data conversion steps in Power Query' cause this error: "We couldn't convert to Number", It usually occurs when you try to use a field that is not a numeric type for data operations or to convert to a numeric type.
