Report refresh issue

Hello,

I am facing the report refresh issue, where the refresh completion is taking more than a day for a simple dataset.

I clicked on cancel refresh but it never really cancels the refresh.

Hi @AbbasG ,

 That is a strange one. You could try to disable the gateway, which will stop the refresh, then check the logs to try to see what is happening.

@djurecicK2 Thanks for the reply, I downloaded the report file and re-published it again. Now it's working fine, but still I don't know what could be the exact reason.
