Report colors changing when published

This was never an issue for me before, but now when I deploy a report the colors will shift.

 

I went and hand set all the colors, it doesn't make any difference.

Thoughts???

 

Web on left, desktop on right.  Deployed to web multiple times, get multiple color combinations.

I've seen this issue crop up intermittently, I'd submit an Issue.
