When or what time of the day does "Report Usage Metrics" get updated ?

Is there a specific time everyday or does it get updated at a certain interval ?

Also interested in this. I want to see who has seen a report today, and also want the ability to see what time a user viewed a report.

If people are reporting issues with slowness of all the visuals opening (or anything else), I want to know what time they are viewing reports so I can search server logs for any issues at those times.
