Report Sharing without using free version of PowerBI

Is there a way i can share reports without creating a group or content pack? i.e. not using the pro version

@vanessa You can share dashboards provided you aren't using any Pro license features. There is no ability currently to directly share a report without sharing a dashboard first.

If your shared dashboard doesn't contain any pro content, you will not need Pro license. Please see: How should I share dashboards, reports, and tiles?
