Report Only Refreshes in My Workspace

I have a report that will not refresh in our company workspace which all users have access to but refreshes fine in "My Workspace".  It's exactly the same file, published maybe 20 minutes apart to the different workspaces (did this to make sure I wasn't testing different files).  When refreshing in "My Workspace" it took 10 minutes.  In the company workspace it will either time out after two hours or I'll get the error "Memory error: Memory Allocation failure . Try simplifying or reducing the number of queries.".  

I'm unsure how to troubleshoot.  Both workspaces are connecting to the same gateway.

Hi @Anonymous ,

How did you share these reports? Copy from your workspace or direct publish to correspond workspace?
If you share by 'save a copy' feature, I'd like to suggest you check shared dataset, permissions and credentials to confirm they work on new workspace?

I published them directly to the different workspaces from the desktop program.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Any availed gateway setting in these workspaces to handle refresh operations? If not, I think you need to config gateway and datasource son these workspaces.
