Report Level Navigation

Hi Community,

I'm sharing a screenshot of a lineage view of my workspace below:

So my question is by any chance is it possible to create a navigation in the Report Level?

Please note that reports have multiple pages inside, and they belong to the same workspace.
FYI, I'm not looking for a bookmark or page-level navigation but sort of the same for the report level.
I would appreciate all your suggestions and thoughts on this.
TIA

Exactly. The buttons have many different actions:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/create-reports/desktop-buttons?tabs=powerbi-desktop#selec...

The web url action would be the one you can use to redirect between reports. Be careful with permissions, you need to make sure the user has access to both reports. Otherwise when they click it will show an error message explaining they don't have permission to view the report.

You can use the report url if you are not using PowerBi Apps or the report link inside the app if you are using it.

I hope that helps,

Hi. Correct me if I'm wrong but it sounds like you want a place to get in and have all the reports links to click and open. It's kind of a Power Bi App. It let's you generate one app for one workspace. You can select which reports with its pages include. Then when you open the app you have a left pane navigation with all that info to change the report in one place.

If that's not it you can create like a "Home" report that doesn't have any data, it just have a nice UI with buttons to redirect to the reports links.

I hope that helps,

Hi,

Thank you for your reply.🤗

I'm aware of the Power BI App, but I think I'm looking for the 2nd method for this solution.

Could you please able to emphasize the 2nd technique a little bit? How could I able to redirect the reports with buttons ? ( I mean do I need to use the app URL links for the buttons?)

Thanks and regards
