Refreshes Fail - Error message: We're sorry, an error occurred during evaluation (-214746259)

Dear all

The issue has happened since last week, one specific report cannot be refreshed automatically, but the other reports connected to the same SQL server and MySQL server work well.

The error messages are as below:

Underlying error code:	-2147467259
Underlying error message:	We're sorry, an error occurred during evaluation.
DM_ErrorDetailNameCode_UnderlyingHResult:	-2147467259

The status check looks good 

There is still 15GB available of the cache of the virtual machine.

I have removed all gateways on my laptop. 

We just update the gateway to the latest edition. 

Any advice will be highly appreciated!

If this is still happening I would suggest enabling the verbose logging to see what is causing the error.
