Refresh update failed - Status code 400

My personal gateway is ok, file in the right path, but this error occurs. Does someone knows how to solve it?

Hi @AGo,

That's quite strange. I have reproduced the issue by changing the folder name. The error details are clear.

Could you please check the path and the file name again?

Maybe you log in the computer with a different user. So the path is changed into something like this: "C:\Users\OtherUser\Desktop\*.xlsx.

This is just for troubleshooting. Please try it.
