Refresh on Appended queries does not work in PBI Service

Hi, 

We have two tables A and B (where both are loaded with queries on incremental refresh), we then appended them into a new table C

When we do refresh on PBI desktop, the appended table C refreshes accordingly.  However, when we publish this into PBI service and perform a refresh, we notice below

- the tables A and B incremental refresh works as expected and partitioned accordingly.

- But the appended table C, is not refresh

We expect appended table C is also refresh accordingly. 

Am i missing something?

Merged or Appended? Did you maybe disable "Include in Report Refresh" ?

apologies. Appended as new table. Yes, it is enabled.
