Refresh log dashboard development

Hi all

I have a requirement to develop a report which is for refresh data.

In my organization there are 800 reports deployed in different workspaces and they all refreshing based on scheduled time.

Assume On one day 300 reports get failed I need to know the how many and what are the reports got failed by showing in simple kpis. With error log data also.

one KPI with success count data

other with failed count.

How can I achieve this?????

Any one has build this type of dashboard???

Please help me to achieve this....!!!

@SpaneshS  - We used Log Analytics to create a similar dashboard. You need to set up Log Analytics workspace in Azure and link with Power BI workspace. Once you start caoturing the logs, you can build a report out of it. There is also a template provided by Microsoft.

You can also look at getting power bi activity data from Office 365 Audit centre or Power BI REST APIs. And, build your monitoring report. Below are some ideas.

Alternatively,  have a look at the template apps that Microsft provides. It shows some data related to dataset refreshes.
