Refresh issues

Hi Team,

I am not able to save the report after i make changes to it, i am not sure about the cause of the issue because i have access to this dashboard.

This is the error i am getting while saving the report after making changes, can u please help me to resolve this as soon as possible.

I used the following userId for saving the report: v-rajare@microsoft.com which is having access to the report to make changes.

Hi @v-azmudd,

What changes did you make on the report? Have you tried sign out, then sign in Power BI service to see if it works? 

If the issue persists, I would suggest you create a support ticket on Power BI Support page for better assistance on this issue.

@v-azmudd Is the user that you are trying to save the report with the same one as you list? -> v-rajare@microsoft.com

Or did you share it in some way to another user and you are unable to do it there?

it the same user as i listed, v-rajare@microsoft.com, i am able to edit the report but couldnt save it after editing. I also posted the error message i am getting while trying to save it can you tell me what that error means?
