The error suggests there's an issue with fetching a token. Please check if the service principal or user account used has the correct permissions to access the Azure resource.

If you don't have access to the Azure resource, please provide your resource group administrator with the required informations to check the access, such as Resource Name/Type: [e.g., Azure Storage Blob, Azure SQL Database] and Resource URL/Endpoint: [e.g., https://yourstorageaccountname.blob.core.windows.net/]
