Refresh failed

I got the email about Failure details: The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support.

I didn't find any reason but when I login the desktop and pubish again it's working.

Does any one can help me find the resaon, becasue I need keep it refresh ontime. Don't want to happened again, Thank you

Has this been a recurrent error? Have you tried refreshing again in PBI Service?
