Are you sure the computer the gateway is running on is online and connected to the network when the scheduled refreshes are happening?

If so, there's a ConnectionTimeout option in the Options parameter of the Oracle.Database() function.  The default value is driver dependent, but you could try increasing it to something like 10 minutes:

Oracle.Database("server", [ConnectionTimeout = #duration(0, 0, 10, 0)])

Hi @Thennarasu_R,

This is definitely an interesting behavior. Just to confirm:

1. If you referesh both the datasets and dataflows on demand, it succeeds but when it is scheduled it fails?

2. Is this on Premium or Shared Capacity? If it is on Premium, you may consider changing the workspace to Pro, waiting for a few (5 minutes) minutes and then switching it back to the Premium Capacity to see if the issue is still present. If it is, the best path forward may be to open a Support Case.

Best regards,

Isaac Chavarria
