Hello
Within Dataflows, I would like to setup automatic refreshes. However, as seen below - multiple options are greyed out. As I have researched into this topic, seems most responses are related to improper credentials or lack of a gateway.
For dataflow connectors, I have tried both the Folder and Sharepoint.Folder connectors - and they both seem to return similar results.
For both types of dataflows, I have a gateway attached, using windows credentials. And as you can see in the second screenshot - manual refreshes are working. Thus, my understanding proper credentials have been established and gateway is working?.
Given my data connectors, is it possible to schedule auto refreshes? The source files I am attempting to work with are ACCESS mdb files.
thank you!

Confirmed by MS (Mindtree) support that this issue is impacting many users. Ugh... yet another deal-breaker problem with dataflows.
I'll post back if/when I hear of a fix/ETA.
Thanks
I was just coming here to try log an issue somewhere, good to know it's not just me... Could you please update if you hear anything back from MS?
Paul - I never did submit a ticket - but if you do a quick review of recent posts - a good majority of them are related to refresh schedule issue.
Might keep an eye on this link - supposed to document known issues, but not sure how well updated - my two issues not specifically listed...
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/troubleshoot/known-issues/power-bi-known-issues
It's logged as an isssue here and a member of the MS support team has acknowledged it, so that might be best place for you to get updates from Issue - Cannot seem to edit DataFlows Settings on ... - Page 2 - Microsoft Power BI Community
I am certain this is a new issue. I could do this previously. I have a data flow that is ALL M code, not backed data sources are can no longer adjust my schedule. All greyed out, yet the dataflow is refreshing on a schedule.
Time to open a ticket.
Seems my PBI luck has hit a wall... I currently have 2 open tickets, excluding this one... ugh!
I was just on the phone w/Microsoft support on one of my other open tickets, and I did mention and show this problem. I didn't pursue very hard as to prevent getting sidetracked...
