Hi All,
I have created a very simple report using a Web link as the data source. Upon publishing I noticed that the Refresh icon does not pull the latest data from the server.
What am I missing?
Note - When I click on "Refresh" I can see the HTTP requests arriving at the back end.

If you are clicking the Refresh button on the page in Power BI, it does not refresh the data in the underlying dataset.
If you are looking to refresh the dataset, you have to click on "Refresh Now" which is under the dataset options as shown below.
