Refresh Issues

I have a dataset that I created via the desktop app that updates just fine when I update it locally. I have pubhised to the service and the publishing has worked fine. When I go to update the dataset on the cloud I continually get errors in one table (See pic below).

I have rebult the dataset in Desktop and re-published.. no luck.

I checked all of the credentials for data sources in the cloud and all checks out.

I am 100% sure the data is not corrupted.

The table that keeps faulting along with all of the others is a shrepoint file library. The files being queried are all *.csv

Below is the issue I am seeing on my Semantic Model.

Data source error: [ValidateMarkupTags][ccon]DataFormat.Error: [ccon]File contains corrupted data.[/ccon]. [/ccon];[ccon]File contains corrupted data.[/ccon]. The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface. Table: Outgoing.
Cluster URI: WABI-US-NORTH-CENTRAL-D-PRIMARY-redirect.analysis.windows.net
