Refresh Issues Every Few Days

I have a dataset that is refreshed multiple times a day but every few days it will fail with this error:

Failure details: The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support.

I'd like to suggest you publish the report to a differenet workspace and refresh it. If it works, you may remove the original report and republish it. You may also try to use latest version of Power BI Desktop to create reports for your data source or use fiddler to monitor what happened during the refresh process. 

If it still doesn't work ,you may create a support ticket here .

From your error it appears that at certain times it cannot connect to the Web link that you have in your data.

Check to make sure that your web call and website is up and running
