Hi Team,
Can anyone help me with the below issue .My Power BI report data source is sharepoint. The report refreshes on desktop version but when i publish in workspace and try to refresh below
Hi @Anonymous ,
You must have at least two times more space available in memory than your dataset for refresh. It gives the consumer of the report high priority and back end processes low priority.
When users are using the reports and you are trying to refresh (Schedule) a report, PBI will refresh only when the resources are available, it will wait for certain time and will fail the refresh to give users on the front end better experience. Also, when you are running multiple reports at the same time, your reports which started first might have consuming all the available space and making the others to fail.
I would suggest them to refresh at different times based on your business needs or try to optimizing models :https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/admin/service-premium-capacity-optimize#optimizing-models

Hi. It looks like you are publishing to a premium workspace. It says there are a lot of datasets using that premium refreshing and it might have it memory at max. Can you try refresh in a different time of day? another test you can accomplish, if your dataset is not very big, try publishing to a different workspace without premium capacity in order to let it use a different capacity.
Hope this helps.
Happy to help!
