Hi,
I have data sources connected to Sharepoint as well as Snowflake from PowerBI and I have the valid credentials as well. The refresh works manually (when I refresh it locally, and publish it) but when I try to refresh it on app.powerbi.com, it fails and shows this error:
"Expression.Error: We cannot convert a value of type Table to type Type.. Microsoft.Data.Mashup.ErrorCode = 10276. Value = #table({"Name", "Description", "Data", "Kind"}, {}). ;We cannot convert a value of type Table to type Type.. The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface."
I have set all of the privacy settings to "Organizational" in order to standardise it across the Desktop app as well as Service, and deleted all local data sources. Despite all that I don't seem to be able to fix this issue. Please send some help thank you!

Hi @mulgokizary2,
Thank you @GeraldGEmerick, for your insights.
The error may be happening because Power BI Service manages combined data sources differently than Desktop. Check that both your SharePoint (OAuth2) and Snowflake credentials are correct in the Service, and re-enter them if needed through Dataset → Settings → Data source credentials. If Snowflake is using a gateway, make sure it’s online and set up properly, with the server, URL, and database names matching those in Desktop. Remember, SharePoint Online doesn’t need a gateway, but combining it with Snowflake can sometimes cause hybrid issues. Even if you’re using Organizational privacy levels, try temporarily ignoring privacy levels in Desktop via File → Options → Privacy, then republish. Test each data source separately to see which one causes the error.
Thank you.

Hi @v-saisrao-msft ,
Thank you for this. I managed to single out the data source that was causing the error through some trial and error and removed the data source and table as it was actually not being used in my dashboard. Thank you and @GeraldGEmerick for the help!
@mulgokizary2 These often have something to do with privacy levels of your queries. I would double check those settings in the Service.
Service
Desktop
@GeraldGEmerick Is this the correct place to be looking at those? If so, I have checked all of it and have changed all of them to be "Organizational".
@mulgokizary2 Those are the correct places. I would perhaps try setting the privacy to None instead of Organizational or try ignoring privacy levels. File | Options and settings | Options | Privacy. Set it to ignore and then republish.
