Read google sheet from python script with Service

Hi all !

I have this case where one of my non technical colleague, which I have build a dashboard, would like to complete a csv for me to read it and use it as filter. 

My issue is I don't want to have a flat file on the disc somewhere and automate the reading process. So I was thinking of letting her writing this data as a Google Sheet, read it from a python script in PBI and voila !

But even if I think it's totally doable with desktop (just have to figure it out how to `pip install` stuff), I have no idea how to make my script working on the cloud ?

Do you have any idea ?
