Hi,
I applied RLS to my reports (in desktop) then published them to a workspace, I added my team (AD group) and some individual emails to the role, I also added them to the workspace as memebers (they can only view data no edit). But none of my team members are able to see the data of the report unless I add them as members that can edit (which in this case basically the RLS is not applied).
Can you please help me understand what I am doing wrong.
Thanks,
Manar
Solved! Go to Solution.
If they have access to the data set, then they will everything. You have to remove them from the workspace and just share a report without a data set. Then it will work.

@Anonymous Thanks, I think I discovered the issue, my developer used the wrong filter when creating each role.
