RLS for Role Members

Dear community, 

we would like to use RLS, bute also, our Users must be "Members" as they have to refresh manually dataflows. 

Is there any possibility? I read that RLS is only working for Users with the Role "Viewer".

If I understand your situation, you are wanting to use RLS in a dataset that consumes dataflows as its data source that users must be able to refresh. You could try putting the dataflows in another workspace and not give worksapce access beyond viewer to all user except the report developers. If this doens't fit your situation, you may be stuck since anything above Viewer will ignore RLS filters.
