Hi all,
I have a question regarding how alerts work with RLS. Currently I have one report with RLS applied (filtered by grade)
So i have 6 row levels
I have already created a workbook with the missing data regarding their timesheets. So each role is available to see
I made some metrics (such as : missing hours last week , missing hours last month), i refresh the data set every 2 minutes and now i want to create an weekly alert for each member as a reminder for his missing inputs. Moreover, I use Microsoft Flow to send the email, meaning that i would like to find a fast solution to send e mail for each one based on his missng hours ( eg Missing hours previous week>0). Do i have to create 30 ( we are 30 persons) different cards with specific alert or is there any clever solution?
Is it possible to combine the roles with the alers?
thanks in advance
theo
Hello,
There is anyway to do that ?
@collinq what is it linked to power automate ? how power automate will know that according to RLS, the value of an user changes?
Hi @menphis21 ,
Here is the link to the Power Automate forum (be sure to ask the RLS question there as well):

Hi @Anonymous ,
You might try this question over on the Power Automate forum. But, I would think that you could have the userid with the missing card as a flow step and then email based on if the card is there or not for that userid.
