RLS Issue

Hi Everyone,

I have created a report and implemented RLS to allow role-based access. It worked fine locally on a PowerBI desktop. However, when I publish it in the PowerBI service and share the report's URL with another person to check, those people who try to open the URL get an error message, as shown in the following screen. So my question is, does the viewer need to have a Pro/Premium account to view the report created based on RLS? I do have a Premium account, but others have free accounts.

This is liacensing issue,
Any user accessing content published on PPU backed workspace would require PPU liacense
As soon as they opt for PPU this issue will be resolved
