I am having some issues formatting my graphs to show the weeks in chronoligical order. Is there any way to fix this issue?

This happens because your Week attribute is in text format and for Power BI "week 10" comes after "week 1" but before "week 2".
Here a solution:
What you need is a number column that specifies the order of your week attribute. So essentially, you just need a new column that removes the "week" from the string. As mentioned, it also needs to be of the format number.
Then, you can select the old column and click on Sort by column. There, choose the new column (in the example Week Number):
