Question about account

I just earned my 5th topic badge.  However I have been certainly posted more than 5 topics on my own. 

The reason they aren't shown is because I posted many of them on my previous job, and therefore was using a different email account.  

As I was looking in settings, I couldn't find an option to login to this community using my own personal email (which is even a regular Outlook), but a forciori need to use my active Power BI account. 

Is there an option to: 
a) use my personal email for this community? 

b) find my previous account and merge it with this one?

Hi @Anonymous ,

As you switched jobs, and therefore need to switch the organisational account linked to your Power BI account,

you can simply send an email to: ppcomadm@microsoft.com with your existing username and email.
