Hello!
I've connected a QBO company to PBI Service and I'm attempting to create a detailed A/R aging visualization (currently a table) showing the aging periods, invoice numbers, customers, and A/R balance. Unfortunately, the Client field in the ARAging table comes up empty, so I am unable to include the customer name in the table. In QBO, the customers are labeled as Customers (image 3), not Clients, so I have a feeling this might have something to do with it (i.e. PBI is pulling the wrong information).
Is there something I can do as a workaround? (By the way, I am unable to create relationships.)
Thank you!

Hi Xiaoxin,
Thanks for your response. I wanted to use PBI Service because it includes the pre-made measures. I ended up making an easy change on QBO: there's an option in the settings to change the Customer field label, so I changed it to Client and the data populated in PBI Service.
Best,
Christina
HI @ctelya,
According to your description, it seems like you are get data from connector pack on power bi service, right?
If this is a case, current these connector packs will get the regular data columns from that datasource.(They not load custom fields and columns)
In my opinion, I'd like to suggest you to get data on power bi desktop with specific datasource api.(it will also import custom fields)

Xiaoxin Sheng
