I have a question about what Python packages are supported in Power BI Service. In the link: Learn which Python packages are supported - Power BI | Microsoft Docs Microsoft says
Im confused becuase It gives a list of supported packages but also it says above that it supports any package in PyPI. Im looking to use MLXTEND package for some reports to publish online.
Hi @SANTOS87 ,
The article doesn't say that all packages in PyPI are supported, in addition it mentions that if you would like to request support of an Python package not found in that list, please submit your request to Power BI Ideas. It seems to me that if a package in PyPI that you would like to use but is not supported, you can submit it to Ideas and Microsoft will follow up with an engineer to deal with it.
