Published report inconsistent from one user to the next

We have an issue with our published report where it shows differently depending on who is viewing it. We are all accessing the same report, but here is how it appears for myself, and my coworkers:

My report:

What my manager sees (but not other coworkers):

PS: it has nothing to do with the time slicer as it's set on this screenshot, even if he sets it the same as I have the problem is there.

Meanwhile I have the same problem for a different page of the report. Here is what I am seeing, which is not correct. Those numbers are different in the offline report and in the reports as seen by other coworkers:

Upon further investigation, there are filters missing from these visuals:

I should point out that I did not remove those filters and I cannot reinstate them. Even if I select them in the published version, and save the report, as soon as I reload the page they disappear again.

Both of these seem to be reccuring issues, and are independent of the browsers we use. We tried clearing Caches, and I tried using Edge, which I don't normally use, to access the same report, and it's the same issue. Same is true for my manager who tried different browers but keeps coming up the same error.

Any ideas as to what may be causing this?

For the boss, this can happen depending on the licenses you have and the permission level given to users. Permissions lower than "Contributor" level may be able to open reports, but none of the visuals will be able to load data.

For the problem with your view, this is possibly a problem with the "persistent filters" option? In the top right of your report, there may be a green button like the refresh button which will return everything to default.

Persistent filters seems to have solved it for me! Thanks, I will ping it to my manager and see what he gets. I'll accept as solution when he confims.

Hi, did you implement RLS? If yes, please check roles and users associated to roles.

PC

No, we don't have RLS for this report.
