Published Report is not loading data even after adding data source to gateway

Hello Experts,

I have publised one report from desktop account to service account and i have configured the gateway. after adding the required data sources to the gateway report is not loading data. showing below error.

Here is the configured DS to gateway

You can clear the cache, refresh the browser, and then check whether the report can appear

Check, double check and triple check that your connection strings are EXACTLY the same between your connection definition in the pbix file and on the gateway.  Since about June 2020 these connections are case sensitive. After you corrected the spelling make sure to publish all the way through (including the app if you are on Premium)
