Publish to a Website

HI, 

Im trying to make my report public so I can share with an external group. I have the access to embed codes in my tennant.

When I select the Publish button "Creating a code" briefly flashes up then disappears but otherwise nothing happens.  

Any help appreciated

Hi  @garyvanceTIL ,

Please check whether you have met any limitation. And I doubt this is the Service problem since no error message pops up. Maybe try with other web browsers.

If you publish successfully , you may see your link of report in Settings => Manage embed codes.

You should be able to view it and see the code

Can you confirm that your tenant admin has allowed for Publish to Web to be able to get created?

Hi @GilbertQ - Yes confirmed we have enabled publish to web and set the correct option in the admin portal. Its a strange one
