Publish to Web is not working

Recently, we had an issue with out data hosting server, so our dashboards were not getting the proper data. That has since been fixed, and most of the dashboards are receiving and displaying data properly. However, 11 of our dashboards are having issues. All of these are all pulling from the same singular dataset, are receiving data and publishing it properly on the Power BI webite or when published to a website or portal. But when they are published to web, every graph and filter says "Can't display this visual."

We have already refreshed all of the datasets, and over 24 hours have passed since the refresh. Ideally I'd like to keep using these same dashboards and links without having to reupload and republish them.

We have several other dashboards linked to different datasets, and these are working perfectly alright. Their datasets are stored in the same server as the dataset for the malfunctioning dashboards. I do not know why these are not displaying when published to Web, but are displaying in the Portal or Website. All of the visuals are standard Power BI visuals which should be able to display to the web.

It looks like it might be a caching issue of the report.

What happens if you had to publish the report to a different app workspace, then publish to web does that work?

If it works it could be an issue with the cache on the old report.

If it does not work then there is a potential issue either with the report or Power BI Admin settings?

I tried publishing the reports, with the exact same data source, to the web in a different app workspace. It worked just fine.

It sounds like it's a caching issue on the old reports. What can be done about this? Is there a solution that does not require reupploading all of the reports and creating new links?
