Deny workspace members to update an App?

Hi folks, 

I have a (premium) workspace with several users. 
Some of them require MEMBER role access. 

Is there any chance to deny those MEMBERS the possibility of updating the App? (adding users to the audiences etc) 

I'm happy with either a generic approach for those workspace members in general OR some dedicated rule for a given username.
