Hey @Francisco_Ibane

if the gateway is not running on your local machine (this is good), you have to check if the network drive is available from the gateway machine, next to that I recommend using a UNC path.

The service account of the gateway service has to have access to the network drive.

A final word, I can not recommend using network drives as the service account used to run the Power BI gateway service must be granted access to the network drive. This service account might become the most powerful account as time goes by. Often access to network drives via the gateway service account is not allowed by the Power BI Service Admin Team.
Instead, I recommend moving the xlsx to a SharePoint online library/onedrive for business folder.

Regards,

Tom

Muchas gracias, saludos!

Hi @Francisco_Ibane ,

Please follow the guide in this similar thread to use the full path such as '\\SERVERNAME\Folder\File.xlsx'.
