Problems with gateway connection

Hi everyone

I would like to have some help with a problem.

 

I don´t know why but i can´t see my power bi gateway in microsoft Fabric/power bi service. 
My gateway is configured, and I don´t have problems with my old power bi dashboards, I only have it with new dashboard that I load to power bi service.

 

I tried to restart my gateway but this don´t solve the problem.

I am also trying to update the gateway, because a message appear and says that i have an old version. Sadly, I can´t update it, the gateway show me a message that says that I need to check a file with log errors, solve the problem, and them try to update again the gateway, but it´s very difficult to understand that file.

 

I would like to know if you have had a similar problem, and how you solved it.

I'm having the same problem!

 

I use a Gateway from another user shared with my user and also a Gateway from my own user. Today I realized that, in the main Gateway user, everything was working fine! However, in my user, for existing models, it updated normally, but when accessing getway, it kept loading and no Gateway appeared.

 

So I took my user out of Gateway sharing and migrated everything to the main Gateway user and it's working OK.

 

However, in my user, now I don't see any Gateway. Neither mine. In addition to not being able to view any more Gateways, I also cannot register a new one, it shows the error below.

 

The problem started this morning. Everything is updated to the latest version.

When trying to register a new getway, I normally access the user, but I can't create it, it shows the error below.

Hi, the version is 3000.178.9 (June 2023). When I open my gateway appear a message that says that it is a obsolete version, and that i need tu update it. I tried to do it, but then appear another message and it says then a error happened and i neet to check a file error log generated, but It is complicated to understand that file.

Yes, this is indeed an ols version. Too old.
Is there a reason for keeping this old version running.
Due to further development of fabric you should have at least Oct./Nov 2023. Better one version from 2024.

Do you still have the recovery key from you gateway? I hope so!

what do you mean by "old version"?
Which version is running on you VM?
