Problem with slicer rendering in Service. Multiple selection.

I'm using a slicer to select year/month with the possibility of multiple selections. However, once the application was published, some users were able to multi-select, while others weren't. They all use the same browser and have the same permissions.

Any ideas?

You can have those who aren't try resetting the report in Service. There is button on top right corner.

This happens probably because of the persistent filters that the users already have. Direct the users to reset the report as @MasonMA describes.

Thank you very much, it works using the reset button.

Hi. Sometimes if you have it one way and then change it, users could still see the old report due to cookies or cache. Users should try private exploring or shift + F5 to confirm the error. If you still have the error, consider the alternative of using multiselect slicer (checks), no the "multiselect with ctrl".

I hope that helps,
