Hi,
I have a problem with loading reports in Service.
I got this message:
"Couldn't load the model schema associated with this report. Make sure you have a connection to the server, and try again.
Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details."

Hi @Anonymous ,
What is your data source for the dataset? And which kind of connection did you use in your scenario? Import or direct query/ live connection. If you use direct query/ live connection, Please make sure you have configured the gateway successfully. Also please have a check of the version of your data source , whether it is supported by direct query/ live connection.
