Premium - restore large dataset from backup file fails

I'm trying to restore the dataset into the premium workspace, I used this backup file before and it worked fine, but after that single succesful restore, I keep getting the following error:

Request for database 'XYZ' was routed to wrong node by the Power BI request router. This is usually caused by intermittent issues. Please try again. Details: '{ 'resourceMoniker': 'ABC', 'replicaType': 'ReadWrite' }'

Trying again later does not help. Backup file is ~31GB, capacity is P3, so memory should not be an issue.
I found the article that it should be possible to restore even larger models:

https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/announcing-backup-and-restore-improvements-for-large-datase...

so not sure what could be the problem here

did you use the /forceRestore option?

I would recommend you raise a Pro ticket at https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/newsupportticket/powerbi

yes, I'm already using /forceRestore

pro tickets are managed by the central IT, any other ideas on how I can monitor it?

If you raised the Pro ticket then you are the primary contact, no?
